AMMO TYPES

Big River specializes in our own exclusive product lines of hand-loaded shotshells. We meticulously craft each shell for absolute precision not attainable in mass-produced ammunition. Our hunting loads offer maximum effectiveness and reliability to ensure clean, ethical results.

We are not resellers so we do not carry any other ammunition besides our own brand of proprietary shotgun loads developed in-house, third-party tested, field tested, loaded by hand and quality checked before hitting our shelves. We do not carry rifle or handgun ammunition at this time.

Please see our PRODUCTS page for a complete listing of our shotshell offerings.

Production occurs year round, but inventory changes seasonally. Our various hunting ammo lines are in stock during the three to four months preceding the hunting season for which they were intended: fall waterfowl hunting loads are generally available in late spring and summer; spring turkey hunting loads are generally available in winter and early spring, etc.
